DOES ANYONE know where I can find plans for a 45' ,50' sail boat?

Good grief. Where have you been looking that you have not found
anything, and have to post such a general question. The question is not
finding a plan, but choosing.
Buy a copy of Woodenboat magazine. Look in the Kits & Plans pages for the
following names: Common Sense, Windward Designs, databoat, Benford Design
Group (on of my favorites), Clark Craft, Glen-L, Bruce Roberts, Ken
Hankinson Assoicates, etc.
